Everything begins with a 30-minute complimentary coaching session, because finding the right coach is like finding the right pair of running shoes…fit matters and not every pair is the right one.
Next up, your work begins. (sh*t gets real pretty fast around here…)
Before our first session call, you’ve got some paperwork to do, my friend. You’ll fill out your intake questionnaire and work through the “getting started” materials so that we don’t waste a single minute of our live calls going over the basics.
Then it’s live call time.
Time to work through my signature Say The Word framework together so that you can shift the way you think, the way you see yourself and your capabilities, the way you approach obstacles and begin hurtling right over them.
Every two weeks over the next 12 weeks, we’ll have a scheduled 90-minute one-on-one live call. Each call is structured so that we can review the work you’ve done and set up your “homework” for the next two weeks. Yes, there’s email support between calls and yes, if you get really stuck and need an extra call, it can be arranged (but I’ll bet you won’t ever need one- you’ve got this).
